Happier with Apple, Android still undetermined.

My ios version is now in beta although to get into it you need testflight and i have to add your email to the backend. So possibly I need to get it working 100% and I wont be doing that because I dont want to pay developer atm. With the way it works im unsure if i should upgrade any project because I have no space left on my drive and dont know if windows will work for andriod, I am missing the correct frameworks for building on android so still dont know if that will work if ever.
